With full service repair depots located in Colorado, Florida, Europe and Asia, Pinetree Peripherals 1nc. is well established to satisfy the parts and repair requirements for our customers. Our service center focus is to support tape storage drives and libraries products. Pinetree has the data storage knowledge, industry contacts, and the capabilities to purchase the component parts, perform the repair operations, and most importantly, test the equipment to specifications. You will receive back a product that functions as good as new.

Pinetree offers repair services for a variety of tape drives manufactured by such names as StorageTek, Quantum, M4 Data, Fujitsu, Overland Data, Hewlett-Packard, ADIC and Seagate just to name a few.

Our standard repair turn around time is 7-10 days but we do offer a 3-day expedite repairs when time is critical. Most repairs are covered by a full product warranty, including the head assembly, for up to 6 months. Many of our repair warranties can be upgrade to 1-year.
